This current event is co-ed however we also offer women's retreats, men's retreats.  

 

In a traditional IBOGA Psycho-Spiritual ceremony, we learn about ourselves on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  IBOGA helps by breaking down the illusions of the ego, letting go of the past, false beliefs, traumas and lies we have been telling ourselves.

Opening our hearts and minds to possibility and passion.

Arrival - Welcoming, ice breakers & free time 

 

1st Ceremony Preparation for the night for a traditional Missoko Bwiti IBOGA Psycho-Spiritual ceremony.

Processing Day - Journaling & relax, absorb and reflect on the experience

Integration Day  - Day trip to beautiful local spots, nature walks, yoga, breathwork, art therapy, sound healing

2nd Ceremony -Traditional Bwiti Spiritual Shower / Cleansing (sacred plant bath ritual)

Reconvene with IBOGA on the second Ceremony night

 

2nd Processing Day - Journaling & relax, absorb and reflect on the experience

Closing and Goodbyes
