IBOGAwaken GROUP - PSYCHO- SPIRITUAL CEREMONY

Rest and rejuvenate in the Kootenays, BC, named after the Kootenay River and Kutenai First Nations. Home to the Ktunaxa and Sinixt First Nations for thousands of years, this area is the unceded territory of the Sinixt, pronounced sin-eye-kst, who are known as the Arrow Lakes people. Despite being declared extinct in 1956, the Sinixt continue to assert their presence and heritage.

Nestled in this rich region, IBOGAwaken offers spiritual retreats with meditation, yoga, breathwork, and plant medicine ceremonies. Guided by experienced facilitators, find healing and growth in a supportive environment.

This current event is co-ed however we also offer women's retreats, men's retreats.  

 

In a traditional IBOGA Psycho-Spiritual ceremony, we learn about ourselves on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  IBOGA helps by breaking down the illusions of the ego, letting go of the past, false beliefs, traumas and lies we have been telling ourselves.

A $777 deposit is required at booking & cash balance is due upon arrival of the retreat. 

ITINERARY

Arrival - Welcoming, ice breakers & free time 

 

1st Ceremony Preparation for the night for a traditional Missoko Bwiti IBOGA Psycho-Spiritual ceremony.

Processing Day - Journaling & relax, absorb and reflect on the experience

​

Integration Day  - Day trip to beautiful local spots, nature walks, yoga, breathwork, art therapy, sound healing

​

2nd Ceremony - Traditional Bwiti Spiritual Shower / Cleansing (sacred plant bath ritual)

Reconvene with IBOGA on the second Ceremony night

 

2nd Processing Day - Journaling & relax, absorb and reflect on the experience
